Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I have to be home while you guys are cleaning my yard?
A: No, you do not. There are not exact times given for our services. If you want to be home while we clean, we won't mind at all!
Q: Do we have to have a fence in order to get our poop scooped?
A: Although fences make it easier for us to know where your dog has gone, you do not have to have a fence. Just let us know where the property line ends.
Q: If we live close to the service neighborhoods, can we still get our yards scooped?
A: Of course! Just give us a call or email and let us know where you live and we will be happy to accomodate.
Q: Can our dogs be in yard while you clean?
A: If your dog is aggressive then we ask you to keep it inside for liability purposes. If they are not aggressive then we do not mind at all. We love dogs!
Q: How do we pay for services?
A: We bill on a monthly basis. We will email an invoice to you at the prorated monthly fee after the first service. After that, each billing cycle begins on the 1st of each month.
Q: Is there an exact time we can expect you guys to clean each visit?
A: Unfortunately no we do not do set times. We never know what will back or speed us up that day (whether, traffic, etc.) We will make sure you know which day we will be there.
